The mast, which consists of four sections including jib, can reach a total height of 20 metres. The machine’s undercarriage can be hydraulically widened to a maximum outer dimension of 5 metres, which provides extra stability during the work. The VDH Sheet Piler is also available with a hydraulic telescopic mast.
In place of the original ballast weight, Van den Heuvel has developed a special weighted frame, on which the powerpack is placed. Hydraulic cylinders at the back of the frame make it easy to remove the power pack. This reduces the transport eight, for cost-efficient transport. The power pack with frame also serves as a counterweight. Depending on the machine’s power rating, Van den Heuvel gives you the choice of a separate power pack and separate vibratory hammer. This ensures that the latest requirements can always be met. The combination in which the drive runs via the vibratory hammer provides optimum performance. All VDH machines in production today are powered by a Stage V engine.

Van den Heuvel has a team of mechanics with fully equipped service vans waiting for you. Our service department is experienced, well-trained, and operational throughout Europe to quickly resolve the failure of your foundation machine.
In our warehouse we have a large stock of parts. If a part is not in stock, we can order it for you and deliver it quickly.
We carry out complete overhauls, giving your piling rig a whole new lease of life in an as-new condition. But you might also opt for partial modifications. This might include cabins and undercarriages. Our service engineers will serve you either at our workshop in Werkendam or on-site.
