Which Vibrodriver best suits your job depends on the proximity of piling to existing vibration-sensitive structures. If piling is carried out in a vibration-sensitive area (in a city center next to buildings), you need a Vibrodriver with variable torque technology (PTC patent). If you are in an open area, far from other structures, you can use a Vibrodriver with a fixed eccentric moment.
The Vibrodrivers mounted on excavators are efficient hydraulic vibration hammers that reduce ground coherence due to vibration, allowing them to easily extract different profiles. Think of sheet pile, H and I frames, tubes, concrete and wooden posts.
Soil improvement with Vibrolance is suitable for a wide range of soil conditions and can be carried out at virtually any depth. The execution is fast and makes it possible to improve large volumes of soil, so that subsequent structural works can be followed quickly. Another advantage is the environmental friendliness, the soil is treated with natural materials, such as in-situ soil, stones or gravel, instead of cement, bentonite or steel, used in other deep foundations.

In our warehouse we have a large stock of parts. If a part is not in stock, we can order it for you and deliver it quickly.
We carry out complete overhauls, giving your piling rig a whole new lease of life in an as-new condition. But you might also opt for partial modifications. This might include cabins and undercarriages. Our service engineers will serve you either at our workshop in Werkendam or on-site.
