Our engineers translate your ideas, wishes or requirements into a design. They draw up the necessary 3D-drawings, capacity specifications and strength calculations. We work with modern CAD-programmes and Finite Element Analysis. This methodology allows complex structural behaviour to be modelled, with the benefit being a closer approximation of the definitive situation already at the design phase. It is then also possible to analyse multiple design variants in a short period and to select the best option. For instance, we can optimise the weight of a structure, which can have a major impact on the size of the rig.
Our service department repairs, maintains and overhauls machines. All our employees are experienced, highly trained and possess a great deal of knowledge. Regardless of which type of crane or make, we make sure that you have full confidence in your equipment.
We come up with a solution that reflects your wishes, such as adaptations to booms, undercarriages or cabins. But we’re also the place to be for appliances for your machine that fully meet your wishes and requirements, regardless of whether they relate to a new crane or appliance, or to electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems, or modifications to undercarriages or cabins.
We carry out complete overhauls, giving your machine a whole new lease of life in an as-new condition. But you might also opt for partial modifications. This might include booms, cabins and undercarriages. Our service engineers will serve you for all sorts of machines and appliances, either at our workshop in Werkendam or on-site.
